Great question! Here’s each step from start to finish:
Consultation - We come to your home to meet with you, answer questions, and get to know you and what you’re looking for in your next project.
Estimate/Scope of Work - After meeting with you and answering your initial questions, we will prepare a detailed quote and written scope of work for your project, and we will email it over to you to be reviewed at your convenience.
Service Agreement/Deposit - Once we have answered all your questions and have agreed on the scope of work, we will send a copy of our Service Agreement for both parties to sign, then we’ll collect the deposit and schedule your project.
Installation - Your project begins! The completion time of each project depends on the overall size and scope of work, and we keep you in the loop day-by-day as the project progresses.
Walkthrough - When your project is complete, we will do a full walkthrough together to ensure that our mutual goals have been met. Walkthroughs can take place immediately upon completion of work, or they can be scheduled at a later date that is convenient for you.

We offer flexible pricing based on project type, size, and complexity.
After an initial conversation, we’ll email over a detailed quote that breaks down labor and material costs for each project, and also includes a scope of work section detailing each step of the process, so you know exactly what will be done from start to finish.

Yes, we do! Because we know that investing in your outdoor living spaces is a big investment, and we are here to help you make it happen.
Once the contract has been signed, the majority of our clients follow the traditional path of paying a 50% deposit up front, and then paying the final balance when all work has been completed.
However, we offer 3 to 6 month installment plans for larger projects, and we never charge interest or additional fees.
This option is available to all, so don’t hesitate to ask!
